Jane Rose and The Deadend Boys from Nashville dropped a new side on the world Titled “ Damaged Goods “ . As always Jane’s STRONG voice tears this new collection of SONGS up ( in a good way ) . No matter if it is the Rockabilly tracks or the more Country leaning tunes her and the band do not missed a beat . The track “ Bad Little Betty “ gives you a bluesy rockin’ sound that is a great listen . “Damaged Goods” the song the album is named after will show you the great vocal range Jane has with a hillbilly beat and some great guitar pickin’ .  “Consequences “ is a dark tale that screams along nicley and may be my favorite song on the whole CD . This new release gives us a wide range of (Billy) sounds and is mixed together throughout the cd nicely .  As always Jane Rose and The Deadend Boys continue to show growth through each release . The Tremors are back after a long break from thier last cd released in 2009 . They show they haven’t slowed down bringing a Hi Flyin’ Hillbilly Fuse’d Rockabilly disc called “ Hillbilly Feud “ it features 12 tracks of fun . If you enjoy the traditional Rockabilly sound of the mid 50’s that was  real raw and TWANGY this one will be right up your alley ! The title track “ Old Fashioned Hillbilly Feud “ is a humorous tune that rips along nicely with a hillbilly beat , The track “  Mean as a Snake “  feels like something that could have been recorded at Sun Records back in the day and will keep you boppin . Another song that is one you should tune up is the song “Why I Cry” with a hint of that train sound you find in early Johnny Cash work .  This disc flys by fast and leaves you wanting more . You can pick it up on-line at www.tremorsrockabilly.com.

This record is a call for liberation, change  and revolt, starting with a revolution in your own head. TERMINATRYX – “Shadow”

Never ones to follow convention, with Terminatryx entering its 12th year, the new album takes the band into yet another realm (following their self-titled debut album; its full remixed version incl. international & local remixers; the Kopskoot! heavy Afrikaans compilation; and the Terminatryx DVD featuring the classic silent vampire film Nosferatu with a new original soundtrack).
Produced by Terminatryx co-founder Paul Blom and the renowned Theo Crous, the duo wanted to add a new dimension of sonic force, yet not diminish the potential accessibility of the songs.

With lead vocalist Sonja Ruppersberg having an equal hand in writing this album’s songs with Paul, her emotional perspective added a great deal to expanding the scope of the new songs that are filled with energy, passion and a drive to transcend the mundane.  With some songs exuding strong Metal roots, others lean more towards Industrial (many a combination of these two), while other Alternative flavours like Gothic and movie soundtrack moods are nore neglected.
